Each client will have access to our restricted client area, once within the client area you will be able to upload new files and download completed files with greater security and efficiency than either email or post.
Clients will create their own unique username and password, and by following a set of simple instructions will be able to upload their sound file to the website in a matter of seconds. You will receive a trigger email confirming successful upload of your file, so you can keep track. Transcribe It securely downloads and transcribes the file, which is then either emailed or uploaded back to our website - it's your choice which of these methods is used.
