Nicki established Transcribe It in 1991 following a career as a PA in the City. Starting with just two clients, the business has seen a gradual yet substantial growth due to the reliable, personal and high quality service that Nicki provides and has since instilled in her team of transcribers.

Julie is Nicki's PA and office manager.

Wendy Paskell is responsible for quality assurance, checking transcripts and producing assessment reports for transcribers.
