How Does Transcribe It Keep My Material Secure?
Transcribe It’s platform, where you upload your audio/video and we share transcripts with you, is secure and utilised by many UK Government departments. It adheres to the 14 National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Cloud Security Principles. More details available in our Data Protection Policy.
How Long Will It Take To Transcribe My Data?
We offer turnarounds from 24 hours, volume depending. We always meet deadlines set by our clients and we NEVER over-promise and under-deliver. We’ve not missed a deadline since 1992.
Do You Charge Extra For Express Turnarounds?
No. Our ethos is we fill our diary up as we go along and clients often receive work much more quickly than they anticipated. We believe in fair pricing, regularly price check our competitors and often find we are at least 20-30% cheaper.
How Do I Get My Recordings To You?
You receive an invitation to your private folder on our secure platform, where you set your own password on the simple uploading facility. Simply upload your audio/video and you are notified when transcripts are ready from the same folder.
Which Recording Formats Do You Accept?
Our platform accepts nearly 100% of recording and video formats, we are yet to find one we cannot transcribe or convert into a transcribeable format.
How Do I Pay?
Invoices are issued upon completion of the work and due for immediate settlement. Payment can be made by bank transfer and all major debit and credit cards accepted. We are established suppliers for many large institutions and POs are accepted. Rates subject to VAT @ 20%.
