4. Our client was able to upload their recordings onto our platform, with the ability to include any accompanying instructions by text. The recordings were transcribed within 48 hours [often within 24], transcripts uploaded by our transcribers, and then shared with the client.  Recordings are shredded immediately, transcripts stored for 90 days on the platform.
