- Recordings are only stored for as long as it takes to complete transcription, they are deleted IMMEDIATELY afterwards.
- Once your project is finalised, all transcripts are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems, after 90 days.
No indefinite archives, no “just in case” backups sitting on a server somewhere. If we don’t need it anymore, it’s gone.
